Thank you for choosing El Cholo Caters for your special occasion.
The following information outlines our standards and procedures.
ARRANGEMENTS
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for all events. Upon receiving your deposit, your event date is guaranteed. The deposit will not be charged unless your event is cancelled within 72 hours of the date.
CONFIRMATION
Please confirm the total guest count 48 hours before the event.
This represents the minimum billing.
MENU SELECTION
To ensure your menu is served in a timely and efficient manner, we encourage that you select from one of our many menu selections. All menus will be served buffet style unless both parties mutually agreed before hand for table side service. We are more than willing to customize a menu to accommodate your budget.
PAYMENT
The balance of payment for your event is due at its conclusion, and we accept cash, credit cards, cashiers checks, or Venmo/Zelle.
